When you walk in, you’re welcomed with a genuine hug and a friendly atmosphere. Soft music, a small snack, and a little refreshment help you settle in and take a moment for yourself.

 

If you booked the natural hair treatment, we’ll take you to the back for a full wash, a relaxing scalp massage, and a steam treatment to get your hair feeling healthy and refreshed. Then we head back to the main room to get started on your style. We look at your natural hair, talk through what you need, and make sure your foundation is solid before we begin.

 

We usually start the appointment with a sermon playing in the background, something uplifting to set the tone, and then switch to a Netflix show or movie to help you unwind. And honestly, sometimes the appointment turns into real conversation, real laughs, or even much-needed therapy. It happens naturally, and we welcome it.
